US Supreme Court Embraces PPACA

Although many media reports believed the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act would fail to pass a judicial review, today the United States Supreme Court ruled that the PPACA is indeed constitutional. As President Obama declares victory, an energized Mitt Romney vows to repeal “Obamacare” should he become President. Governor Says No To Health Insurance Exchange

The governor of New Jersey, Chris Christie, vetoed legislation which would have allowed the state to move forward with the creation of a federally mandated health insurance exchange board.  Citing the cost of creating this exchange, Governor Christie has opted to wait until the United States Supreme Court passes is ruling down next month in regards to the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
